Day 8 – How Are Those Legs Feeling Today?!

I wouldn’t be surprised is some of us are feeling the effects of yesterday’s Split Squats and SL Straight Leg Deadlifts! They’re harder than they look 🙂

Strength Exercises

  • Split Squat (video) – 2 x 12 each leg
  • Hip Thruster (video) – 3 x 12 reps
  • SL Straight Leg Deadlift (video) – 2 x 12 reps each leg

Today’s Core Exercise

  • Standing Core Control – Hands on Wall/Tree (video) – 2 x 10 each leg
